• instructional yoga album by Richard Hittelman
• The cover features Mr. Hittelman and a woman wearing fishnet tights with a back seam, cat eye makeup, and has a full on hair do. Exactly what I wear to do yoga ;)
• This a double album (2 records) and also includes an instructional fold out showing more precise depictions of the positions.
• I have not listened to the album but the vinyl appears to be in excellent condition.
