OMG SO CUTE!
From what I've gathered from the internet this little toy horse is a well known character from a Scandinavian children's book. He certainly doesn't let his wheels for feet hold him back. On the plate and bowl he can be seen swimming, walking a tight rope, gambling (?) with a bearded friend, and finding a huge amount of gold coins (!!!)
Some signs of age/wear and discoloration (more so on the plate) but nothing crazy or unexpected for aged plastic. See last pic for examples. Price based in condition.
