Mid Century Underwriters Laboratories Capiz Shell pendant lamp

Elegant capiz shell pendant lamp by Underwriters Laboratories. The capiz shell was really have a moment circa Mid Century.

Excellent vintage condition with normal signs of age. Make sure to enlarge the photos.

I don't know anything about connecting this lamp for hanging so I'm unsure if it works or needs to be rewired. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see additional pics!
